New Hampshire HB1485 modifies the eligibility and fees for late refund requests of road tolls. It amends RSA 260:47, III(a)(1)(B) to allow the commissioner to waive filing deadlines for just cause, with a fee of 5% of the refund amount or $50, whichever is greater. Agencies of political subdivisions within the state are exempt from this fee. The waiver cannot be granted to the same requester more than once every three years. This act takes effect 30 days after passage.
