New Hampshire HB1484 establishes a state minimum wage and provides for incremental increases. Starting September 1, 2026, the minimum wage will be $12.00 per hour, increasing to $14.00 per hour on January 1, 2027, $15.50 per hour on January 1, 2028, and $17.00 per hour on January 1, 2029. Each successive rate will supersede the previous rate and remain in effect until amended by a subsequent act of the general court. The act takes effect on July 1, 2026.
