Establishes a 2-year suspension period for reapplication after license or certificate revocation in lead paint poisoning prevention cases.

New Hampshire HB1472 amends RSA 130-A:12 to add a new paragraph V, specifying that if the department revokes a license or certificate under rules adopted under RSA 541-A, the individual or educational program must wait 2 years from the initial notice of revocation before reapplying.
