Establishes mandatory reporting of civil rights violations by judicial branch members.

Requires state employees, bar association members, attorneys, and state or federal employees in New Hampshire to report civil rights violations by judicial branch members. Failure to report results in misdemeanor charges, a fine, and incarceration. Good faith reports are protected from retaliation. Reports are forwarded to the administrative office of the court, county sheriff, and relevant state officials. Effective January 1, 2027.
