HB1387 repeals the limitation on liability for certain design features of firearms in New Hampshire.

HB1387 repeals the provision in RSA 507-D:6 that limits liability for certain design features of firearms. This change means that manufacturers and sellers of firearms could face legal liability for design features that contribute to harm. The repeal takes effect immediately upon passage of the bill.
