New Hampshire HB1366 amends military protection order procedures, requiring notification to the military when a service member may have violated such.

New Hampshire HB1366 modifies the handling of military protection orders by requiring law enforcement to notify the military if they believe a service member has violated such an order. It also grants the New Hampshire National Guard's Staff Judge Advocate access to criminal history records for national guard employees and service members to assist in their duties. This act will take effect 180 days after its passage.
