HB1350 amends RSA 259:4 to redefine "antique motor vehicle, farm tractor, retired fire apparatus, or motorcycle" as any vehicle over 25 years old, or over 20 years old for retired fire apparatus, maintained for use in exhibitions, club activities, parades, and other functions of public interest but not for commerce. The act takes effect 60 days after passage.
