Exempts small or low-density communities from multi-family zoning requirements.
Amends RSA 674:80 to exempt municipalities with a population density of less than 250 residents per square mile from multi-family zoning requirements. This exemption applies regardless of the community's rural or urban designation by the United States Census Bureau. The amendment takes effect upon passage.
