Allows the Police Standards and Training Council to detail law enforcement training specialists for crowd control services.

HB1346 amends RSA 106-L:5 to authorize the director of the Police Standards and Training Council to detail law enforcement training specialists for law enforcement and crowd control services. These specialists can be detailed at the request of state, county, or local law enforcement agencies for public and private events and extra duty functions outside regular business hours. The council will establish a detail rate that includes compensation for the officers and reimbursement for vehicle use, employee benefits, and other expenses. The act takes effect 60 days after its passage.
