Allows governing bodies of unit owners' associations to hold remote and hybrid meetings.
The bill amends New Hampshire law to allow governing bodies of unit owners' associations to hold meetings via telephonic, video, or other interactive electronic communication processes. Participation by electronic means satisfies quorum requirements. The bill also specifies that a quorum is present if more than 33 1/3 percent of the votes are represented at the start of a meeting. The act takes effect 60 days after its passage.
