Repeals the New Hampshire council on autism spectrum disorders and related provisions.

HB1337 repeals the New Hampshire council on autism spectrum disorders and removes the requirement for the council's representative on the developmental services quality council. It also removes references to the council in the Blue Envelope Program for drivers with autism spectrum and trauma and stressor-related disorders. The changes are set to take effect on December 31, 2027.
