New Hampshire HB1335 mandates health care providers to disclose financial incentives over $5,000 from a single source to patients before recommending.

New Hampshire HB1335 amends RSA 329 to require physicians who receive over $5,000 in aggregate from a single source for preferential promotion to disclose this relationship to patients. This disclosure must occur before recommending, prescribing, or administering products or services associated with the source. The disclosure must be written, part of the informed consent process, and include the entity's name, compensation details, a conflict of interest statement, and an affirmation of independent clinical judgment. The act takes effect January 1, 2027.
