HB1329 mandates the Secretary of State to include voters' ages in the voter file.

HB1329 amends RSA 654:31, IV to require the Secretary of State to provide a list of registered voters' names, ages, addresses, voter history, and party affiliations to political parties and committees upon request. The bill also specifies that the Secretary of State may charge a fee of $25 plus $0.50 per thousand names or portion thereof for providing these lists. The changes will take effect 60 days after the bill's passage.
