Allows minors to apply for a freshwater fishing license without paying a fee.

New Hampshire HB1314 amends RSA 214 to allow any resident under 18 years old to apply for a special freshwater fishing license without paying a fee. The license will be marked as designated by the executive director of fish and game and is subject to the restrictions of the title. This act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
