Complete·6/24/26

Allows election moderators to enter the vote counting area during their duties.

HB1266 amends RSA 659:58 to allow election moderators to enter the area designated for counting votes while performing their duties. Previously, election officials disqualified from tabulating votes for which they are candidates could not enter the vote counting area. The bill ensures that moderators can be present in the vote counting area to perform their duties.
