HB1258 amends RSA 485-A:4 to require the Department of Environmental Services to publish results of all PFAS sampling and testing on its public website. This includes data from public water systems, private wells, surface water, groundwater, soil, sediment, biosolids, sludge, septage, compost, biomonitoring, fish tissue studies, and air emissions. The results must be searchable by location, date, and PFAS contaminant, with data export enabled, and updated every six months.
