New Hampshire HB1236 allows county departments of corrections to use body-worn cameras.

New Hampshire HB1236 amends RSA 30-B:1 by adding a new paragraph authorizing county departments of corrections to use body-worn cameras in carrying out their functions both within and outside a correctional facility. This change is in accordance with RSA 105-D and is set to take effect on January 1, 2027.
