New Hampshire HB1181 revises the public hearing notice requirements for zoning board of adjustment appeals. It mandates that a public notice of the hearing must be posted on the municipality’s public website at least five days before the hearing. If the municipality lacks a public website, the notice must be physically posted in at least two public places within the municipality. The notice must remain accessible until the hearing concludes. This act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
