Establishes minimum staffing standards for New Hampshire nursing homes.
Amends RSA 151:9, I to include new subparagraph (q) setting minimum nursing home staffing standards. Requires at least one registered nurse (RN) on duty 24 hours per day, .75 RN hours per resident per day,.55 licensed practical nurse (LPN) hours per resident per day, and 4.1 total nursing hours per resident per day. This act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
