Allows disabled persons with certain physical limitations to hunt from a motor vehicle in New Hampshire.

New Hampshire HB1140 permits disabled individuals with specific physical limitations to hunt from a motor vehicle. To qualify, the individual must have paraplegia, lost one or both lower extremities, or lost the use of one or both lower extremities, and must possess a current hunting license. The executive director can issue a special permit upon application and proof of disability. The permit must be carried while hunting and produced upon request by law enforcement. A $10 fee applies for the permit.
