New Hampshire HB1128 restricts the use of cloud seeding to times when the state is in extreme or exceptional drought for at least 90 days. Before any cloud seeding, an environmental review must be conducted to assess potential risks and benefits. The Department of Environmental Services may reject the activity if it will harm the environment, public health, or wildlife. The department must also place a public notice in newspapers and on its website at least one month before any cloud seeding activities.
