Increases the limit for moneys remitted to municipal treasurers in New Hampshire.

New Hampshire HB1118 amends RSA 41:35, I to require tax collectors to remit all money collected to the town treasurer at least weekly or daily if permit fee receipts total $3,500 or more. It also amends RSA 41:9, VIII to mandate that the selectmen establish procedures for remitting funds to the treasurer at least weekly or daily if funds total $3,500 or more. Additionally, it amends RSA 41:29, VII to require the treasurer to deposit all remitted moneys at least weekly or daily if funds total $3,500 or more.
