New Hampshire HB1104 amends the priority of applications for school building aid grants. It prioritizes applications based on criteria such as unsafe conditions, non-compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, overcrowding, enrollment projections, fiscal capacity, and school security design. Projects that did not receive approval from the school district's legislative body or chartered public school board of trustees may be resubmitted for future consideration.
