New Hampshire HB1101 amends the state veterans council membership and governance.

New Hampshire HB1101 revises the composition and governance of the state veterans council. The council will now consist of five members, four of whom must be veterans, and one must be a family member of a veteran or a currently serving member of the armed forces. All members are appointed by the governor and council and serve terms of three years, two years, one year, and then three years. The council meets at least semi-annually to review activities of the division of veterans services and provide guidance and recommendations for veterans programs and initiatives.
