New Hampshire HB1100 creates an exception to the prohibition against recording telecommunications if the other party consents.

New Hampshire HB1100 amends RSA 570-A:2, II to allow the recording of telecommunications if the other party has informed the recorder that the communication may be recorded. This exception to the general prohibition against interception and disclosure of such communications takes effect on January 1, 2027.
