New Hampshire HB1095 modifies the definition of a utility terrain vehicle to include those weighing up to 3,499 pounds unladen dry weight. This bill amends RSA 215-A:1, XXIV to redefine "utility terrain vehicle" to include vehicles not exceeding 3,499 pounds and 65 inches in width. It also updates RSA 215-A:43, IV to specify that no person can operate an off-highway recreational vehicle (OHRV) wider than 50 inches or over 1,000 pounds on state-owned trails.
