New Hampshire HB1083 mandates disclosure of the original source of political donations over certain thresholds in state elections.

New Hampshire HB1083 amends RSA 664:6 to require disclosure of the original source of funds for political donations exceeding $500,000 for gubernatorial candidates or $50,000 for other state office candidates. The bill defines "original source" as the person or business organization that contributed to the donation. This act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
