New Hampshire HB1080 bans the sale of condoms and personal lubricants containing intentionally added per and polyfluoroalkyl substances.

New Hampshire HB1080 amends RSA 149-M:64, IV to prohibit the sale of condoms and personal lubricants, including vaginal and anal, that contain intentionally added per and polyfluoroalkyl substances. This act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
