This bill amends RSA 214-A:4 to extend the time period for remitting certain OHRV and snowmobile fees. It allows for the reporting and payment of these fees to be considered on time if properly addressed and postmarked by the last business day of the month in which they are due. The fees collected are credited to the fish and game fund.
