New Hampshire HB1058 amends RSA 215-A:20 to allow carrying an unloaded firearm on an off-highway recreational vehicle (OHRV) on private property, provided the operator has permission from the landowner. This exception does not apply to public rights-of-way, public trails, or designated OHRV trails/corridors. The act takes effect January 1, 2027.
