Text Text

New Hampshire HB1053 establishes a committee to study electronic submissions of pesticide use reports.

New Hampshire HB1053 creates a committee to explore the feasibility of electronic submissions for pesticide use reports. The committee will assess whether these reports, currently submitted in paper form, should transition to an online data submission system, and if such electronic submission should be mandatory or optional. Additionally, the committee will evaluate the use of an online database for automated notification of intent to spray. The committee will report its findings and recommendations to relevant state officials and libraries by November 1, 2026.
