Establishes a committee to study electronic submissions of pesticide use reports. The committee will determine if pesticide use reports should be submitted electronically and if such submissions should be mandatory or optional. It will also determine if an online database should be used for automated notification of intent to spray. The committee will report its findings and recommendations to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library.
