Allows carrying unloaded firearms on snowmobiles on private property with permission.

HB1046 amends RSA 215-C:35 to permit carrying unloaded firearms on snowmobiles on private property where the operator has landowner permission, excluding public rights-of-way. This change does not apply to law enforcement officers or those carrying firearms prohibited by New Hampshire law. The act takes effect January 1, 2027.
