Allows candidates for state office to use campaign funds for security measures.

New Hampshire HB1031 amends RSA 664 to allow candidates for state office and state officeholders to use campaign funds for security measures. These measures include non-structural devices, structural devices, security personnel, cybersecurity, and training. The security must address ongoing dangers related to the individual's status or duties. Disbursements must be at usual and normal charges.
