New Hampshire HB1019 amends the state water well board's composition. The board will now consist of six members: one state geologist, two active water well contractors with at least 10 years of experience, one active pump installer with at least 10 years of experience, one active technical driller licensed in New Hampshire with at least 10 years of experience, and one public member knowledgeable about water resources management. Members are appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the council, serving three-year terms with a limit of two consecutive terms.
