New Hampshire HB1015 amends RSA 477:4-d to require sellers to disclose the presence of Japanese knotweed on the property at the time of closing. This disclosure must be completed and signed by the seller, in addition to other required disclosures. If the information is not available, this fact must also be conveyed in writing. The act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
