Requires disclosure of Japanese knotweed presence in real property transactions.
Amends RSA 477:4-d to mandate sellers to disclose the presence of Japanese knotweed at the time of closing. The seller must complete and sign a disclosure indicating whether Japanese knotweed is present on the property. If the information is unavailable, this must also be conveyed in writing. This act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
