New Hampshire HB1007 allows temporary occupancy of a manufactured home while a damaged residence is rebuilt and mandates reasonable opportunities for.

New Hampshire HB1007 permits the temporary placement of a manufactured home on a lot where a residence has been damaged by fire or disaster, allowing the occupant to reside in the structure while the original residence is being rebuilt. This temporary occupancy period starts with the issuance of a building permit and ends 30 days after the certificate of occupancy is issued. The manufactured home must comply with state and local water supply and sewerage disposal requirements.
