Proposing a constitutional amendment to recognize parents' right to direct their children's education.

This bill proposes an amendment to the New Hampshire constitution to affirm parents' and legal guardians' right to direct their children's education. If approved by voters, the amendment would insert a new article into the constitution stating that parents and legal guardians have the right to direct their children's education, and this right shall not be infringed. The amendment would be put to a vote at the 2026 general election.
