New Hampshire CACR19 seeks to amend the state constitution to grant adults aged 21 and older the right to possess a modest amount of cannabis for personal consumption. If approved by voters in the 2026 election, this amendment would become effective upon the governor's proclamation. The amendment includes provisions for a separate ballot question and directs local officials to include the amendment in their election warrants.
