New Hampshire CACR15 proposes an amendment to the state constitution to explicitly recognize an individual right to hunt, fish, and harvest game and fish. This amendment would allow individuals to engage in these activities using traditional methods, subject to laws and regulations that promote wildlife conservation, maintain resources for public use, and preserve hunting and fishing. If approved by voters, the amendment would be effective upon proclamation by the governor.
