Requires electric public utilities to inform customers about Residential Universal Bill Credit on their bills.

Requires electric public utilities to notify customers each billing cycle about the Residential Universal Bill Credit applied to their bill and the amount. The notification must be written in bold, larger font, enclosed in a text box, and displayed prominently on the first page of the bill statement. This act takes effect immediately.
