New Jersey S3419 requires sports wagering licensees and their contracted operators to adopt rules governing wagering account limitations, including limits on play times, maximum wager amounts, and deposit and withdrawal restrictions. These rules must be submitted to the Division of Gaming Enforcement for approval and made publicly available. Licensees and operators must notify patrons in writing when account limitations are imposed and review these limitations periodically.
