Waives winery license fees for two fiscal years.
Waives all fees payable to the Division of Alcohol Beverage Control for holders of, or applicants for, plenary winery, farm winery, and out-of-State winery licenses for two fiscal years. The waiver includes license fees, application and filing fees, renewal fees, transfer fees, salesroom fees, additional privilege fees, and any other fees related to these winery licenses. The waiver does not affect any tax obligations or fees charged by municipalities.
