Requires schools to serve free breakfast to all students in public schools.
Requires all schools in the State to serve free breakfast to all enrolled students, regardless of whether the students are federally eligible for free or reduced price meals pursuant to the federal School Breakfast Program. Requires each school district to submit a plan for the establishment of a breakfast after the bell program for all grades at each of the district's schools that are subject to the requirements of this section.
