Modifies permit application requirements for data centers to include environmental justice impact assessments.

Modifies certain Department of Environmental Protection permit application requirements for data centers. Requires permit applicants to prepare an environmental justice impact statement assessing potential environmental and public health stressors associated with the proposed data center. The statement must be submitted to the department and the governing body and clerk of the municipality where the data center is located at least 60 days before a public hearing. The department cannot consider an application complete for review unless the applicant meets these conditions.
