Requires institutions of higher education to use a uniform campus climate survey to address campus sexual assault and misconduct.
Directs the Secretary of Higher Education to develop a uniform campus climate survey instrument for institutions of higher education to use. The survey must collect data on campus sexual assault and misconduct, measure institutional responses, and evaluate student awareness and access to resources. Institutions may tailor additional questions for specific needs, but responses to these questions will not be submitted to the Campus Sexual Assault Commission or the Secretary of Higher Education. The Campus Sexual Assault Commission must conduct a comparative analysis using the survey data.
