Consolidates administration of the "New Jersey Public Employees' Occupational Safety and Health Act" under the Department of Labor and Workforce.
Transfers all powers, functions, and duties of the Department of Health relating to inspection, investigation, and related activities under the "New Jersey Public Employees' Occupational Safety and Health Act" to the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. The commissioner shall promulgate all regulations necessary for the proper administration and enforcement of this act.
