Bans municipalities from requiring plan approval for adding up to five van accessible parking spaces.

Prohibits municipalities from requiring approval of a minor site plan or site plan for the addition of up to five van accessible parking spaces to existing parking facilities. Van accessible spaces must meet criteria established by the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design. This applies unless the addition reduces the total number of existing parking spaces required by ordinance.
