Advances the clean energy transition by requiring applicants for commercial driver licenses and drivers renewing commercial driver licenses to complete human trafficking awareness training. The training course, developed by the Attorney General in consultation with the Commission on Human Trafficking, must include a clear explanation of human trafficking, information on human trafficking in the commercial transportation industry, signs and signals used by victims, and procedures for reporting suspected activity. The course is to be reviewed and modified every two years.
