Requires sellers to inform buyers of any rent control or rent leveling ordinances in the municipality where the residential property is located. The notice must be included in the property condition disclosure statement and sent by return receipt or electronically. The New Jersey Real Estate Commission shall determine the form and manner of the notice. The act takes effect immediately.
