Requires the Department of Health and the New Jersey Board of Nursing to make certification exams for nursing assistants and homemaker-home health aides available in multiple languages. Exams must be available in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Tagalog, with additional languages added based on workforce data. The New Jersey Board of Nursing will develop, translate, validate, maintain, and update all standardized translated exams. The Department of Health will be responsible for translated versions of the exam.
